General terms and conditions of sale

Opening hours
Treatments and marine spa: Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6:30 pm, Sunday until 6 pm. The thalasso closes from 1pm to 2pm.
The management reserves the right to modify the schedules according to the seasons or exceptional events.

Reservation
Upon reservation, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your treatments.
We advise you to arrive at the thalasso reception desk 30 minutes before the start of your treatment.
In case of delay, the duration of the treatment will be shortened or the treatment cancelled. Any treatment not carried out cannot be reimbursed, transferred or postponed.
In case of no-show on the day of the treatment, no refund will be made.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of a treatment within 48 hours, the deposit will be kept.
In the case of escapades and thalasso cures cancelled within 10 days, the deposit will be retained.
For any cancellation of less than 24 hours or if the appointment is not cancelled, the service will be due in full.
All cancellations must be made in writing (email, letter).

Rates
Prices include VAT, valid for the year 2022, subject to change without notice and according to changes in the rate of VAT in force.

Marine Spa
Bathing caps are not mandatory, but long hair must be tied back.
For hygiene reasons, swimming shorts are not allowed.
The hammam and sauna are for men and women only, so bathing suits must be worn.

Linen
Bathrobe, towel, bag and sandals are at your disposal.
This linen is your responsibility and must be returned at the end of your treatments and activities.
Outdoor sandals are not allowed.

Health
Thank you for advising us in case of particular medical problems.
Our treatments and massages are not intended to be therapeutic.
In case of pregnancy, some treatments are not recommended during the first months. Please inform us at the time of booking.
If you have any contraindications to the pre-booked treatments, the management reserves the right to modify your package or cancel it
if you do not present a medical certificate (less than 3 months old) attesting that you can perform the requested treatments.

Age requirements
Persons under 14 years of age cannot access the activities and treatments offered by the establishment.

Care
Treatments are performed on a single half-day.
In the case of thalasso escapades and cures, the treatments are given in alternating half-days (morning/afternoon).
Any change in the content of the programs presented will be subject to a price change.
Underwear (disposable or bathing suit) is mandatory during the treatments.

Rules of life
In order to respect the quietness of the premises, the use of cell phones is prohibited.
It is forbidden to smoke, vaporize or consume alcohol in the thalassotherapy.
